Well pump issues

My well pump powers on and everything, but it is not drawing water. I noticed that the copper tube thing that goes from the box on the side of the pump to the pump is cracked and about to break. Can I replace just that, or do I have to replace the whole pump?

You can certainly replace just the tubing, but that won't cure the pumps problem with priming.
