I just purchased two Toto Ultramax toilets. Within a week, the first began a continual drip to a steady stream in the tank, despite adjustment of water levels. The company sent out a plumber who replaced the fill valve, however the replacement valve is different than the orginial. He used a replacement called TSU08A.6 Lavelle Fill Valuve with 28% (the model may be different as I'm in Canada). This new one seems to be an older model and I am unable to adjust water level on it, etc. Is this the correct fill valve for this toilet, or should I request it be changed to the original one?

The Lavelle fill valve is the better one. Keep it.
There is an adjusment at the bottom that uses a white plastic key to prevent losing it.
If the water lever is right, it should never, ever, need adjusting again.
