hello all,

my name is ed. i'm a small scale remodeler.
recently i demoed a wet bed bathroom tile floor so all the plumbing could be replaced (didn't ask why). the plumber came in and did his thing and used pex for the supply runs and pvc for the drains. now i'm left with putting in a new floor. limited options forces me to redo the wet bed. my question is, can i bury all this stuff in the wet bed? also, is it ok to use spray foam insulation around pex? Thanks.

Welcome , Ed. I'm missing something here. Pex or abs shouldn't be exposed on
the floor! both would be in the wall , or under floor.
Can You send a pix,or explain ?

ok here's a pic. you can see where the pex come up from below and branches over to supply the toilet. the lav is the same. i plan to form something around the drop ear 90's so as not to bury them in the wet bed. makes for easy troubleshootng/servicing in the future.

This is what I would do . Wrap pex and plastic drain in heavy cardboard.
Use tie wire to bind the cardboard. You'll be fine
