Kohler 81100

Our Kohler 81100 is not flushing - low pressure from unit. Can the pressure flush tank inside the toilet tank be removed and a regular flush valve assembly be installed in its place?

From what I'm told, no. Either replace the pressure assist assembly or buy a new toilet.
