Hey there folks,
I have a Franklin 5 hp submersible motor that hit the ground before setting in the well casing. as a result the bottom pressure compensating chamber has a crack in it. Does anyone know where I can get a parts list and purchase the part???
Thanks,

I would not be happy to have a field-repaired motor in my well.

If it wasn't a Franklin-repaired and warranted repair I would want a new one.

You might check with http://www.wwpp.us/franklin/franklin-3-wire-motor.shtml for a new motor.

You more than likely damaged the thrust bearing in the bottom of the motor also. I had it happen to two 3hp motors in a row. I didn't know they had been dropped, but put them both in a well and had to pull them in less than two weeks.
