Got a fellow who wants to install a manibloc
vanguard system with the manifold in the crawl space
of a new home

2 1/2 bathrooms....and I cant talk him out of it...

except for th obvious problem of having to go
into the crawl space to turn off indivudual fixtures....

I have not asked an inspector in our town yet. but

are their any reasons that this could not be done??

I don't see any problem with sticking it in the crawl space aside from it being a crawl space. I assume he just doesn't want to see it for what ever reason. I'm sure he will hate it if he ever needs to turn something off.

thank you

well , the fellow would not let me do the job for him

and now I think that he regrets it...

I go out to his framed house and tell him he needs to at
least come up in a closet and give the place a main
shut off valve comming into the home...
its a pretty nice crawl space..and he intends to put shut
off valves at each fixture anyway...

so why install the mainbloc>>>???

now they want a price to do
the drain lines for them...

theya re not afraid of screwing up the water ines,
but are scared of the drain lines

go figure..
