This is how I'd like to layout my bathroom in my soon to be finished basement...

Black is what I have now with grey showing the sewer line under the slab...

Red is what I'd like to do...

Any issues with that?

By my code,
Wet vent location is good you wouldn't need a seperate vent line.
2" minimum underground pipe size is good.
AAV (mechanical vent) not good.

Updated: Can I do this?

venting outside to the roof is not really an option... This will be the basement of a 2 1/2 storey house built in 1911 with a finished loft in the attic... Do you have any other recomendations for venting?

Update:

I pulled the cap to the cleanout tonight and looked down with a flashlight...

The cleanout goes down at about a 45-degree angle about two feet under the slab where it has a horizontal Y with one going out to the street and the other to the rear of my house to the stack...

This means that i can put everything wherever I want with more than enough room for slope... Could I perhaps rather than digging all the way to the main line, instead run a Y off the vertical pipe that runs to the cleanout and just dump the toilet and sink into there... Otherwise I have to dig 2 feet down just to get to the main...

Any word from the pros?
