I am interested in installing an Eljer 12-inch rough-in one piece in my 11-inch rough-in bath. Will this be a problem? Are there any one piece toliets that will fit an 11-inch rough-in, while staying under $200? or will I have to look at two piece, 10-inch rough-ins?
