Kitchen Hot Water MIA

Hot water everywhere except kitchen sink faucet for 3 days. It IS luke Warm.

New Bradford White HWH and pressure regulator installed last month.
note: Temps in garage have been reaching 110 in last month or so...

Yep. Still consistant luke warm water. No apparent issues under sink.

you may have a problem with the cartridge in your kitchen faucet...presuming of course that you have a single-handle faucet...

if the port allowing hot water to flow is blocked, even partially, what you describe could happen.

remove the supply line from the hot angle stop and check water temp there...just to eliminate the faucet altogether.

Removing the supply line will tell you for sure but unless you have a mixing valve or something else where the hot and cold water are connected your problem is in the faucet.
