I just looked all over my Toto Carlyle (it's not installed so it was easy) and I couldn't find any model numbers or names.

There was what I assume to be a serial number in the tank.

The one piece are marked with a CST number

CST854 would be an elongated Ultramax

CST864 would be and elongated Supreme

For Toto's one piece toilet it is marked on the inside of the tank on the right hand side it will be a black stamp and it should read something like #CST854.
If it's a two piece it will be under the tank lid and it will be stamped (molded)something like TCU706.
The numbers are the important thing the letters are not.
