Replacing flapper assembly cimmaron

We have a four month old cimmaron toilet. The flapper assembly broke and I am about to see if I can get a replacement part for it. Since I have never replaced one before, can any one give me directions how to get the old flapper off and put the replacement on?

A relatively simple replacement as long as you purchase an OEM replacement flapper made for the toilet.

Unhook chain from trip lever, remove flapper from hooks, reinstall the way you took it off.
