Has anyone used this fitting by Titan? It can be viewed at www.quickfitting.com It looks like a more quality product vs. the Shark bite. I am looking to run some PEX for an outside faucet and thought this would be fast.
What are your thoughts, experiences? This came out in 2005 I think.

Looks like a sharkbite with a different color end. Maybe it is a sharkbite with a different name.

I forsee lots of problems with this product.

That removable threaded connection.......

I can see that backing out over time and !BAM!

water everywhere from the connection blowing apart.

I first learned about Tectite by Elkhart, then Sharkbite from Cash Acme..now these.
Same book, different cover.

Guess I'll keep it simple and sweat it in copper. Don't feel like messin around looking for some fancy new tool.
