Does anyone have the phone number for this company?

Their website has the phone number only for their Canadian operation, where I can't get a live person to talk to. They have an email under "Support" but nobody answers emails.

The 800 directory does have a number for them, but it's a wrong/inactive/??? number. Talk about a screwed-up outfit...

Yes, I can now confirm this. Ondine/Interbath is in fact out of business.

The Canadian outfit shown on the website is actually a former customer of theirs and has no ability to deal with the US.

They confirmed that at this time there is no way for anyone to get any kind of replacement parts in the US.

Does anyone have an idea where I can get replacement nipples for the heads? After twenty years, the plastic has become gummy, and some have hardened and fallen off, leaving unregulated (turbulent flow) streams.
