loose shower door handle

How do you tighten the pull handle on a frameless shower door? I don't see any screws to tighten, do I glue them on or what? Thanks for any help.

On most of them, the part opposite the handle going through the glass turns and tighens things down. Some of them have some small holes in them to allow a special tool to get a grip.
