Hi,

I have 3 Toto toilets and 2 of them have started to have problems where after I flush and the tank fills, the fill valve never turns the water off. So the water is continuously overflowing. On one of my toilets I can bang on the fill valve and the water will stop. On the other it won't stop at all. It's very annoying to have to turn the water on and off after flushing. All 3 of them were installed around the same time about 4 years ago. And since I'm having this problem with 2 of them I'm hoping that this isn't a defective line. I don't know the the toilet model number unfortunately. Is there a place on the toilet where I can look it up?

I believe this is the fill valve part name
TSU07A.5: FILL VALVE

It's a $2.50 assembly cap that Lowes carries under the Korky brand.

It can be replaced without tools in about 30 seconds.
