Toto unifit Carlyle

Hi
I am looking to install a Toto Carlyle on a standard 12" rough-in flange. The spec drawing shows what appears to be two bolts on or near the flange 140mm apart. Does the 12 "unifit adaptor come standard? Does it bolt to the existing flange bolts? Are the two additional bolts to secure the unit to the floor?

Yes the 12" unifit comes with the toilet, it bolts to the flange with 2 flange bolts and bolts to the floor with 4 bolts / anchors / screws...
