Bad Pressure Tank?

I recently noticed a lot of ground water around my well, I uncovered the pressure tank and water is comming out the top of it. Can I somehow fix this or should I just dig the thing up and replace it? I can hear the pump clicking on every minute or so.

If it were mine, I would put the tank somewhere else rather than underground.
