please welcome a newbie with a pump question

Hey everyone, as stated I am a newbie to the site and definatelly plumbing challenged. My jet pump runs and stops evry few seconds that would indicate that there is a problem. Is my tank waterlogged? Or has the bladder been damaged? I am having this problem at my cottage where there is a small draw from the lake and the bladder was purchased new last summer, so its almost new. What can i do to fix this? Would i need a new tank, or can i fix the water log trouble? There isnt any air pressure in the tank.. Thanks

If it worked right last year, I would say it's the tank. Where did you buy this tank? What is the model # and brand?
