I turned off the circuit breaker to my water pump and turned the breaker back on and now my pump will not run. Do i have to reset it

Possibly.
Is there a lever on the side of your water well pressure switch? (low pressure cut-off switch) If so push on it a little while the electric is on. You will have to hold it for a few seconds until the pump builds up enough pressure.
