pump issues

I have a 40/60 pump in my well that is 5 years old and recently the pressure
has turned into a trickle. We always have water it just has no pressure what so ever. I need some suggestions we have sold our house and I would hate to cheat the new homeowners.

But everything else seems to be normal? Call the plumber.
Sometimes the EPA, DNR, Corp of Engineers insist on a anti siphon nipple to inhibit well contamination. Without being there or more input, I am not knowing. ;)
