adding extra radiator

I want to add an Extra Radiator in a new shower room. Can you please let me know is it possible to connect up to the nearest radiator using tee joints, and will i have to drain the whole system to do this.

Without knowing how the system is plumbed we cannot tell you how to make the connection, but you cannot just put tees in the lines to an existing radiator and expect either of them to work properly.
