Actually, there's just one--in my bathroom. He's either in the wall or betwen the cabinet and the wall. He chirps very loudly 24 hours a day whether the light is on or off. I'd like to get rid of him without spraying a bunch of insecticide.

I tried ultrasound to get him to shut up, but that didn't work. I get little whiptail lizards in here from time-to-time. I was thinking of tossing one back there. Lizards love crickets.

Any other non-toxic ways of getting rid of him? Or should I just wait for him to kick the bucket.

What happened so far with the cricket? Is he still chirping? I figure, by now, he should be pretty hungry.

Back home, it was considered good luck to have a cricket in the basement. They also eat other bugs.

I found him trying to move to another area, caught him, and evicted him.:)
