Technique for setting bladder pressure?

How do you set the pressure in the bladder in your bladder tank.
My pump shuts off at 55 lbs. I recently upped the output pressure of the pump but don't know how to set the bladder pressure.

If your pressure switch was at 35/55 and you raised it to 40/60, then you need to turn off the pump, drain the tank and set the bladder tank pressure to 38 psi.
