HI, I have a woodford model 17 freeze protected sill cock faucet which the stem is spinning on and I wonder if it can be repaired. It's not leaking at all, the plastic handle is not stripped, (I wish it was just that) the stem spins fairly loosley in both directions and no water comes out. Last summer I noticed the handle turned pretty hard but it did work and now this. I did remove the hose before the first freeze. I hope I don't have to replace it as I went in the crawl space and you can barely see it let alone solder up there. Can this be repaired?? thanks
