I am replacing a two basin two drain sink with a one basin one drain sink. The original sink had two seperate traps. Now I only need to use one of the drain lines that are available. Will it be ok to just shorten and cap off the unused drain. I wasn't sure if this was ok due to sewer gases and venting etc?
