Altman Faucet Broke

I have a Double Atlantis facuet, made by Altman Products, that the valve for the hot water handle broke. Altman doesn't make the Double Atlantis any more. Is there any replacement parts? Anyone else had a problem with this type of faucet?

If the manufacturer doesn't make the parts, it is unlikely that anyone else will either, unless it was a mainline brand that had millions of installations, which does not apply to Altman, which is a brand I have never seen or heard of up till now.
