I have a UPC 1.5 model low flow model that is about 12 years old and I need a replacement flapper. Flappers at Home Depot sometimes work and sometimes don't work. Any advise? Thanks

Use a korky flapper, if you have to adjust the amount of water out the that do so by lowering the tank water level.

Buy only flappers that come on a sealed card. The "loose" ones can develop warps during storage.
