can you run copper lines & drain in an outside wall if insulated & still pass codes..meaning does it say no you cant in the code book?? anyone know where I can go to look online?
Drain, yes, water, no. That's Illinois, I know Tenneseee gets cold too. All the insulation does is keep the warmth of the house away from the pipes, bad idea.
