flushing beauty!

my current Gerber toilet is not that old but I wish it would have a more powerful flush. I tried replacing the flapper system and the waterfill system but still sluggish. Any ideas as to what could make it a flushing beauty? thanks alot,

It has a lot to do with the bowl design.
The builder grade Gerber wasn't that good to start with.
