banging pipe to toilet

hi everybody im new here im haveing trouble with my pipes every time i flush the toilet and the tank fills up after it is full the water shuts off then the pipe will vibrate if i turn the water off at the shut off valve it quits but when i turn it back on it will vibrate again

Sounds like a bad fill valve.
