Moaning & Pressure

Within the last 2 weeks the water pressure in my house has changed drastically. My morning routine consisted of flusing the toilet and immediately turning on the shower - which warmed up quicker that way since most of the cold water was filling the tank. Now, while the tank is filling the shower dribbles... The washer/dryer is also on the 2nd floor and you can't get water in the machine after you've flushed the toilet. I also can no longer shower while the dishwasher is running.

The other new thing that happens is a loud moan that comes from the basement afetr I flush any toilet in the house.

Can you experts help?
