Basic lav rough in

I have a really really noob question. How do you rough in the ABS for a lav so that it is flush with the wall? Right now I have a 2" pipe coming up through the floor in the wall going into a 2" x 2" X 1 1/2" sanitary T. That alone makes the 1 1/2 end stick out pretty far from the wall. Once I add the 1 1/2 to 1 1/4 p trap adapter it will be even further. The escutcheon that came with the p trap wouldn't even come close to wall. Help! What is the standard for the connections from the wall?

You can probably find a deep bell escutcheon to trim it out.

The make hub trap adapters and spigot trap adapters.
Pick up the spigot adapter, it glues inside the hub of the tee, and is a little shorter.
